Our Team

Esther is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst trained in Applied Behavior Analysis. She completed her undergraduate studies at Kutztown University with a dual degree in Clinician Psychology and Social Work. After graduation, Esther worked as a social worker before transitioning to applied behavior analysis. In this role, Esther worked as a registered behavior technician delivering ABA services to children in the home, school, and community setting. Esther obtained her Master's in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue University Global. Esther is passionate about empowering families through parent training and implementing programs that ensure adequate skill transfer from the behavioral support team to the families she serves.
